Testimonials

By far the most knowledgeable, attentive, and most importantly effective physical therapist of any kind I have ever been treated by! Andrea has an incredible ability to work out the imbalances in structure and deficiencies in movement patterns that lead to pain, and she knows how to rectify them. Being treated by Andrea was a game changer for me in a chronic back pain issue that I had literally for years. Now I feel like I have my body back, except it’s even more balanced and optimized than before!

I can’t recommend Andrea highly enough. I have had a 15 year issue, which no other physio has been able to resolve, she has! Andrea has taken the time to understand me and, importantly, what I do/don’t respond to in terms of treatment then tailored her approach brilliantly. She is current, holistic and a sportswoman who understands the frustrations of injury and balancing recovery against “getting back out there”. She really cares and has routinely gone the extra mile to support my recovery, Andrea is exceptional.

I’ve been working with Andria for years after I started running and injured myself. She has been a consistent and critical “team member” as I’ve progressed from couch potato to running my first 100km trail race. I could not have done it without her help. She’s an expert in her field and puts in a huge amount of effort to stay up to date. I particularly appreciate her structured approach to getting to root cause and resolving issues permanently. And best of all she’s a sportswoman herself so she understands the frustration of being “benched” by an injury and will help you strike a balance between getting going again and not compromising your recovery.

Andrea has provided physical therapy to me for more than a decade. She is unquestionably an extremely skilled practitioner – a master of her craft. She combines exceptional intelligence with a deep empathy for her patients to accurately diagnose and treat injuries, posture deficiencies and other physical needs.

Andrea is an extremely skilled and knowledgable physio with a lot of experience and qualifications. She is warm, patient and very thorough. In the past five years she has helped me recover from many sports injuries and I would highly recommend her services.

Andrea has a real talent for diagnosis. She’s able to look at an injury holistically and craft an effective, detailed recovery plan. She thinks about each patient very carefully. She’s committed and she really cares about her patients. She keeps up-to-date and is constantly doing interesting courses and then feeding the new knowledge into her practice. Overall she’s exceptional!
